New 10 Years

What do you think? They seem to have gotten more mainstream but I still like them.

I liked 10 Years album that had the song "Dying Youth" on it. I'll probably get this one, too.

I haven't listened to a second of the new Disturbed. Indestuctible was good, but liked 10,000 Fists better. I'm sure it'll be decent, at least, if not great (the new album).

I'm most familiar with the Autumn Effect (wasn't really aware of them before they went major label) but I have to say this new album may actually be better, though it seems to be even more mainstream sounding.

I don't think you should buy them until you listen to all of them. Get the album list and Youtube all of the songs.

If you're just looking for new music with similar style, you can't go wrong with Evan's Blue (get everything they have).

The song? I'm assuming the album. I actually really enjoyed Indestructible and put that on par with 10,000 Fists. I think Asylum is a step below both, but the intro + title track is badass. After that, none of the songs really caught my attention... but I only listed to the Youtube versions of the songs so far. Higher quality may change my mind but probably not.

If you're just looking for new music with similar style, you can't go wrong with Evan's Blue (get everything they have).

Evan's Blue was good until the lead singer left. Then they became generic alt rock.

OH did not even know they came out with an album in 2009! That must have been when he left.

Yeah not the best but enough to tell if I'll like it or not (I have really awesome Sony earbuds).

It was ok, like you said very mainstream. Nothing really out of the ordinary. For this type of music I thought Breaking Benjamin or Chevelle or Flyleaf or Shinedown or Three Days Grace or Alice in Chain's last efforts were better. 10 Years was better than Taproot and Lacuna Coil though.

Can't wait for Stone Sour to drop this Tuesday!
