Nevermind

When I hit ctrl+alt+del in the list I see mdm, then I run msconfig and look under startup tab and I have Machine debug manager checked. what is it, and more importantly do I need to run it all the tiem or can I turn it off?

Nevermind, I did a search and found the answer, wonder why I didn't try that first?
