NEVERMIND!

I just upgraded my old P4 to a newer Athlon64

system specs:

AMD Athlon64 3000+ (s754)
DFI NF3 250AL motherboard
Leadtek 6800nu (worked before upgrade)
2x 512mb sticks of PNY PC2700 ram (worked before upgrade)
DVD rom drive (worked before upgrade)
80gb HD (worked before upgrade)
Raidmax Saggita case w/ included 450watt psu 21 amps on +12v rail ( <--- im thinking this is the problem?)

When i turn on the switch to the power supply I see two red LED's light up on the motherboard. Then, when I press the power switch I heard a short, quiet BZZT noise coming from my power supply 😕 After that, if I press the power button again, nothing happens, until I switch the PSU off then on again, then it will do the BZZT noise one time again.

Is my PSU dead? Ive never tested it before 😕

Thanks 🙂
