Sadly this has happened before.

He wigs out a bit on occasion, but always comes through in the end and makes things right.

I'm sure it is frustrating, but give him some time and things will be fine. If he cant handle his trades any better than this he should really stop trading here.

I was actually starting to wonder the same thing... we occasionally chat on AIM, and he just disappeared... I think that Thanksgiving was the last day I talked to him.
 
He may have had a family emergency.

I had the same problem a week ago, and just came back a few days ago.

However I made a thread in FS/FT regarding the 5 people I was dealing with, and so far I haven't had a complaint even though I inconvenienced some people.


(And missed out on a hell of a deal :| )
 
We had a deal go south months ago that he made right. It took about a month to fix. The last time a DA thread was opened, someone close to him came in to defend him. Sadly, this shouldn't have to be done at all.

Agreed. He has a history of not being able to make good on his deals, and even though he makes up for them, that is no reason to let him escape the bannination that would occur with any other member. He obviously can't handle trading because these 'emergencies' come up frequently enough that they disrupt his trading abilities.

 
While I agree he should take a more serious and focused approach to trading here, I would still trust him with my money and/or goods over 90% of the other traders trading on the boards.
 
Wait, You never paid or shipped anything to him? if so ppl need to stop attacking the guy. If no sale or trade occured then no harm no foul. For future reference when starting a thread concerning someones well being, try not to make it open to attack..

Should have said heard from such n such, we were working on the details but it was NEVER finalized.... And he hasnt been on since. I am concerned about said person.

He's alive and well. He was just out of town for a while with family... 🙂 I inquired about buying a laptop bag from Josh a while back, and I forgot about it.
