For some reason ever application I use will only play sound files on the right channel of my system. However when I open the TV program on my computer all channels begin to play. After I close it again anything still open will play 4 channel sound but after closing them and reopening them they revert back to only left channel. Hope thats explained clearly enough 😉

My system specs are :

Creative Sound Blaster Live Mp3+
Radeon AIW
Klipsch 4.1's

I may be the biggest idiot I know, I solved my problem, the balance was changed on my winamp but not on other programs. Roomates always jacking with my stuff. Sorry guys.
