NEVERMIND - How to manually dictate IRQ's in Win2k?

I really need to know how to assign IRQ's to specific devices in Win2k Pro... Here's a couple of links as to "why". Cheers!

You cannot assign IRQs when Win2K has been installed with the ACPI PC HAL. You can change the assignments with the Standard PC HAL as you used to do under Win9x.

You can check which HAL you have by going into Device Manager and looking under Computer.

for future reference, when installing win2k when setup says examining your computer, hit F6 or is it F5 hehe one of the 2
