Background Info:

I'm a recent (last year) Oregon to Pennsylvania transplant.

Ever since I arrived I have bitched incessantly about the drivers around here. They don't yield correctly, they stop on on ramps (complete stop because they don't know how to merge), park on the wrong side of the road, it's absolutely insane.

Now I know it's not just me.

hahah, CA is #43

test here is REALLY easy, anyone can get a license

we suck at rain driving, but you'll be hard pressed to find a state with better dry pavement, high speed drivers

SOB & I searched too.

Goddammit.

I searched for drive to pick out drive, drivers, etc. Of course had I searched for "drivers" I would have found it. FuseTalk search sucks.

it mentions Rhode Island as the worst, then Massachusetts, then New Jersey - 3rd.
Pennsylvania is #12. do you drive through RI, MA or NJ on a regular basis?
