Never use Western Union

Uggg.... I told my brother to never use Western Union to send money because of fraud. I told him more than 50 times never to use their service and guess what, he sends $1800 for a camera in GERMANY with Western Union after I told him so many damn times. Hmmmm.... I wonder what's going to happen next? The money was stolen

Western Union said that the money was taken out by the wrong person and it was not their fault. Why do people have to be so damn stupid?:|

Doesn't the western union over there have to verify the person taking the money out before giving them it? Seems kinda odd that the poeple don't verify it, or verify correctly.
