NEVER sleep and 59hz...? ***STILL turning display off***

I have my PC on "Performance" power option and for "Display" - turn monitor off after NEVER - but occasionally is reverting to 15 minutes...?

Also I change refresh from 59 to 60 but it keeps going back to 59...?

I have Nvidia GTX 570 with latest drivers...
W7 64 Home...
I-INC iH282 monitor...

Any suggestions?

I think thats a bug with the Nvidia drivers. I think it just reports that, I'm pretty sure the actual refresh rate is 60hz.

I get it with my 8800GTS , I'll see what my 6950 does when I get it back.

As for the powersaver options, do you have any other powersaver/overclocking software installed? Anything from the manufacturers?

I have a battery backup...

Have done no OCing yet...
 
Ok....this one has me TOTALLY stumped...

The monitor turns off every day between like 6:00pm and 7:00pm if left unattended. I can leave it on ALL night but during this time of the day it turns off...

What could POSSIBLY be causing this...?

I have it set to display turns off after NEVER but I just checked and it says 20 mins...

ANY clue as to why?
