Got the email from Dartworth this morning that they were moving all accounts to the new hosting server and to update the nameservers.

I don't have my own domain name, just use as subdomain (http://jlesley.theeternal.org/)

Do I need to change anything or will my site run uninterrupted as-is?

it's not even really a subdomain, it's just a record on the theeternal.org domain...unless of course you can make www.jlesley.theeternal.org or mymachine.jlesley.theeternal.org, in which case, you should have a DNS server for your zone somewhere that you can add/remove/change or request changes to.
