wow... you must be 15.

twice that, actually.

I was of the age at the time that was "expected" to swallow that shit.

I never got into Nirvana, et al, b/c it all sounded like crud.

So, are you actually saying I'm too young to appreciate Nirvana? As if they should be somehow considered "classic?"

ROFLPANTS. 😀

what's that you have in your pocket?

ahh your angst!

hey just become an emo, you can re-live your childhood.

I don't get it. Nirvana is the quintessential teen angst band.

How the fuck are you going to label someone who dislikes Nirvana an angsty emo? It's precisely the meaningless BS teen angst that they appeal to that turns me off.

wow...at this take on Nirvana.

No music was even forced down my throat and I was listening to them and some other grunge bands prior to their fame.

I like good music, not what makes me try and look better than other music listeners.

newsflash-I don't pick my tastes b/c of how they relate to others. I like what I like. Nirvana has always been far more unoriginal then the crotch-sniffing fanboys will ever understand.

Pearl Jam did that thing earlier and better (at least, they hit it big earlier), and managed to get out of the genre of "pseudo-serious angst BS."

distortion used to hide a lack of comparable skill is not what I call original, or good.

:\
