Surprised Dick Cheney and Haliburton hasn't shown up yet, he's made tons of money in similar ways over the years, no one ever busted his ass over it though.

Yeah it's against the law but so what provided there's enough public support in favor of breaking those laws. And it helps greatly to get a governor to condone the law breaking. I think I'm a lefty but I've been waiting for years for a governor or senator to support a standoff of this magnitude against the government.

I'd like to see a civil war erupt over this but not have the left or right prevail. I hope the fighting in a civil war would be extended for weeks and months in order to get other powerful countries to become involved with arms support to their favorite side and ultimately to enter the conflict. For the sake of widespread anarchy. I don't care for any particular political party to dominate.

That you think there are or that your model government idea increases liberty by implementing enormously complicated social programs while removing all means to pay for them demonstrates incontrovertibly that you are the one with the ignorance problem more than anyone else here. No, but you need to either collect some form of tax to pay for them at a societal level or do away with the idea of income entirely. It is impossible to both maintain a currency based society, forbid the government collect any of that currency, and then expect them to be able to pay for doctors, hospitals, power plants, fuel for power, etc.

Because money wouldn't be used as a requirement for survival, and I didn't necessairly plan for them to only work a single job, like this, because I just have a simple very rough draft in my mind but I also know there's so much i didn't get to and it's just an example not a serious try, if I would do to write a system as an example for public then I would actually make it good and get all the communities and guys involved, because, I don't know everything, about other areas and topics.

It's quite time consuming and hard to actually make a draft of the system with really specific definitions, would take several experts together as I mentioned, because in this system the laws would be strictly and specifically defined, and no law that is broad and vague should be valid.

Stuff like "suspicious individuals" without defining what it means. A ton of these in US laws, happily signed by obama.

Since I'm going to assume you didn't look because you are lazy, I'll fill you in with thats in Nevada: Sweet fuck all. There is literally nothing in most of the state that anyone wants for any reason. Hence, the Government owns it. The Government opens that land up for use, but people have to respect rules on the land so they don't ruin it for others.

I won't comment on the content you have, but I would share this to nay-sayers.

About 20 years ago I had a Chinese exchange student as a roommate while I was in college. He was not wealthy as many exchange students are, but he was well educated (he was in a Masters program for CS).

Back then, I was much more conservative in thought than now. I remember mentioning "freedom" of the Chinese people to him, bringing up Tieananmen Squeare and all of that.

He told me that people in China were more free in most ways than Americans. Naturally I asked in what way. He said if you want, you can put on a backpack in China and hike across the whole country, and no one will bother you. You can start a business easily. You can move around and do what you want as long as you aren't hurting someone or damaging their property.

Just try walking across a single state in the USA. I'd give you a 50/50 chance of winding up in jail.

Perception is everything. We are constantly lied to by our gov't and by the media. Even a cynic like myself believes probably 80-90% of what I see on the news, yet when I look into news reports I think 80-90% of that news is either a lie or a misrepresentation of the facts.

My point is, here in America we can't really know much of anything. About the only guarantee is that you're being lied to at some level.

I think the question that your PoV tries to answer is - why all the lies?
 
The answer to the question why is almost always money. They (the media) are selling something (usually advertising). And usually by making people feel afraid.
The most important thing to remember about the media is that the news is not their product and you are not their customers. Their product is you. Their customers are the advertisers.
