netzero only allows 10 hrs?

I currently use netzero, and I got a message saying that I used up my monthly 10 hrs., and that I should subscribe to the 19.95 plan, or sign off... But I am online now, and no one signs me off, do you think that I will get billed or something, they don't have my address or CC#'s, and maybe it's an error that they don't sign me off... They say that making another account won't give extra hours, but I guess I don't even need to try that seeing how I am still online...
