Job Description:
The Project Technical Manager will report directly to the Site Project Manager and will have responsibility for the technical delivery of maintenance, development tasks, and budget/process implementation responsibility across all of the Admin Legacy Maintenance systems (35+) for HUD. Biomedical Statistician/Epidemiologist - San Antonio, TX
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION
Co-author protocols, proposals and papers on request, as they pertain to the research program.
Conduct literature review and write sections of the same, according to their subject matter expertise.
Collect and enter data into database, verify accuracy.
Assist with arrangements for subject testing including times, dates, randomized group assignments, testing, and supervisor approval. Conduct, interpret, and write data analysis for studies.
Write sections of final reports, according to area of expertise, to include reports for customers, articles for open literature publication, technical reports, and presentations.
Write sections to be incorporated into a
Software Tool designed to evaluate trainees and provide feedback on their strengths and weaknesses, along with suggestions for mitigating weaknesses and improving their performance.

Minimum Education and Experience Required
Bachelors degree and background that emphasizes data management and advanced statistical analysis to include the ability to perform the following: parametrics such as Analysis of Variance, Analysis of Covariance, and regression analysis (forward, backward and stepwise), and nonparametrics such as Chi Squares and Friedman?s Analysis of Variance by Ranks, as well as a thorough understanding of sampling methods and statistical decision making.
Proficient in Biostatistics, Multivariate Analysis, Experimental Design and database management especially manipulating large data sets in database programs, and use of the Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences (SPSS), as well as capable of estimating sample sizes for studies, determining appropriate statistical procedures, performing planned and ad hoc statistical analysis, assessing data integrity and validity, interpreting results, and authoring statistics sections of protocols and papers.
Significant experience conducting research, analyzing results, and writing technical and open literature publications.
Fluent in spoken and written English, to the point of writing technical reports, publications and presentations.
Must complete the National Institute of Health (NIH), Human Participants Protection Education for Research Teams online course: http://www.nih.gov prior to involvement in human research.
Systems Development Admin - DC
Under general supervision, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education, experience, and training to provide high level software deployment analysis and reporting for software applications, security patches, and desktop configurations for all personal computers connected within the company. Troubleshoots difficult problems encountered with the software distribution tools and works with the software engineers from the product vendor if necessary to provide comprehensive solutions to these complex problems. Also provides guidance and support for other department associates in completing the intricate procedures required for creating and running queries, communicating with the technology representative from each area of the company, building installation packages, building distribution packages, scheduling software and patch deployments, and following up through completion.

Position Description
Must be flexible to work anytime between 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. Entry level position on a corporate helpdesk. Responsibilities include PC Software/Hardware support via inbound phone calls, emails, and voicemails for devices in the office and production environment. Candidate will gain technical and customer service experience in a friendly, team environment. Candidate will be supporting both English and Japanese speaking customers.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must be fluent in reading and writing both English and Japanese. Candidates should be experienced in MS Office XP/2003 applications. Candidates should have basic hardware troubleshooting experience for PC's, printers and other external devices. Candidate needs to be flexible and able to work independently.
