I AM NOT the recruiter, just got this email from them, remember this is a training pool (read: no SAP experience needed, but helps if you have some) starts in JUNE-JULY 07, if you need a job to pay rent now, this is not for you. if you think SAP will make you tons of money, but doesn't like working with computer, this is not for you. If you are just looking for A job, this is not for you. most importantly, DON'T mention my name or ATOT when apply, I dont want to link to your screw up or success for that matter. I will just simply tell you the name of the recruiter and his email address when the time comes around March 07 or so is my guess, the rest is up to you. I am just an messenger, nothing more, mentioning my name will not increase your chance of getting into the pool. This is at a fortune100 company hq in western Massachusetts, which is not hard to guess, because there is only 1 fortune 100 headquarter is in MA. you will need to pass a computer aptitude test and an apprentice like interview process, but could be totaly different now. good luck. Don't think they will pay relocation expenses, so you will have to be a locals or willing to come to the interview/move at your own expense.

Hi Everybody,

We're starting to put together the next training pool -- here's what we have so far:
- the focus will be SAP. We'll use ABAP (the SAP language) instead of Cobol to teach programming concepts.
- The first assignment after graduation will be most likely be to the EBS organization, IT Security or the DSP project
- The training program will start sometime in June or July-
We have not finalized the curriculum or selected a vendor to provide the training.
- We will start recruiting soon --- and that's where I wanted to involve you ----- Do you have any friends, relatives, classmates, former co-workers, etc. that you would recommend for the Pool? Please keep in mind who we are looking for: people with technical aptitude, with the ability to work within a team environment, people who like to learn and are willing to accept whatever assignment is thrown at them after the pool is done. The Pool will be open to both internal and external candidates. Please start thinking about possible candidates and maybe get in touch with them to let him or her know that we'll be announcing new positions very soon. As soon as we're ready to announce the jobs, I'll send you a copy of the vacancy announcement - feel free to forward it.

The jobs will be posted internally on the regular job post system and externally at college campuses.

My friend sent me this. He's leaving his position for a new one, and he's looking for some fine candidates to fill it. The job is located in Tampa, FL. The job involves some traveling as well.

Informal job description for systems engineer position:

The person would need to be a very personable and sociable (likes to drink) and at least somewhat familiar or exposed to military jargon. The person would preferably be an electrical or computer engineer. It is a well paying position that truthfully only requires fundamental knowledge of communications and would be considered a systems engineer. They would need to be a good writer and presenter and must be able to get along with people very well (part of the position is information gathering). It would be best if they had at least a year or so of experience and they would need to be a U.S. citizen.

A master?s degree is not required, but certainly doesn?t hurt. Its one of those terrible, it is what you make it job. I will say that it is a great foot in the door to the SOCOM arena and is a great stepping stone.

If you are interested, please PM me a text copy of your resume. If you want, just include your name, email or phone, and the state you are from. You don't have to include your full address.
