Networking question. Router to Router VPNing.

If i set up a VPN from Router 1 to Router 2, will all PC's behind respective Router's be able to find the server or will i need a DHCP Relay behind Router 2, where Network behind Router 1 has Server??
 
if you have a VPN firewall product like Sonicwall or Cisco, you do NOT need a dhcp relay agent to relay requests
 
Most cheap router have built in VPN services as well, but Smootwall or FreeSCO is a great solution if you have a few 386/486 lying around.
