i was having some trouble sharing a printer over a network with 3 computers
1 is a 98 machine with printer connected (no cant connect the printer to an xp machine)
2 are xp
1 of the xp machines and the 98 machines shared fine, but the other xp machine which is a whole lot newer than the other two wouldnt share
the network worked fine on all computers (played mutliplayer and shared files all the time)
i installed netbeui and it still didnt work
what i want to know is if i reinstall xp on the one that wouldnt work and it still didnt work would i know that it was a hardware problem
