I have a problem. Here is the setup:
Using a wireless router to set up the LAN and share internet.
Desktop wired: WinXP Pro, Remote access enabled, some folders sharing enabled.
Laptop wireless: WinXP Home, some folders sharing enabled.
Both have the same workgroup name.
On desktop I can see laptop in Workgroup Computers but cannot access. Cannot see shared folders in Network Places. On laptop I cannot see desktop in Workgroup Computers nor shared folders in Network Places.
What settings should I adjust to get them to see and access each other? When I had Win98 SE on desktop and WinXP Home on laptop I could see and access eith other.
