Hi, I'm not sure if this is the forum to put this topic, but I'm really hoping someone knows what to do about this little problem I'm having...
I bought a new computer yesterday. I have a Soltek SL-K8AN2E-GR mobo. I have it plugged into the router, and the router is plugged into the cable modem. I can access the internet just fine (I'm posting this from my new comp, weeee), but I can't access any intranet stuff. I've installed the latest nForce drivers, too.
I can't even access the network access manager (it gives me an internal server error, 500), the linksys setup page (same error as the network access manager, but my other computers can access it, so it's not the router), or any networked computers. The other networked computers can see my separate workgroup, but can't go any farther than that. My computer can't even see their workgroup.
I haven't done much more than install windows xp and the nforce drivers. I've reinstalled the ethernet drivers a few times, nothing seems to work. The info from the nvidia System Utility says that the nForce ethernet controller is "not reported", and everything else has a version number.
I've reset the router and the modem, too.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

ATI Radeon 7000 (I'm upgrading this soon)
