Networking Problem!!

Hope someone can help me. About a year ago I had a RAT and I had thought we had rid of them. Over the past few months the problem has got worse. I cannot use my 2 laptops as there is someone else files and folders on them. We have no internet installed and we have no mobile phones due to the RAT we had. I now think that they are connecting through nfc or bluetooth and I also think that they are inside my tv. Is that possibl3e?
