I don?t know how you share the Internet (Just hub? no 2 IPs, Nat Software, or Router).

So ignoring your Internet connection.

Sharing in Win98:

Make sure that you log on as Client for Microsoft Network.

There are three places to be checked for sharing,

The first two are in Control Panel, Network.

1. TCP/IP (or any other protocol that you are using for sharing) In the
Properties of the protocol it has to be bound to Client for Microsoft Network,
and Sharing is checked.

2. The general File and Print Sharing have to be checked.

3. In My Computer, Click on Printers, right click on the printer that you want to share check sharing and fill in the info.

The shared printer drivers have to installed on all the computers that share that printer.

If you have network cards in the two computers all you need to do is set them on the same workgroup, plug them into the hub with patch cables. Do you have two IP addresses? Otherwise you're going to have to use ICS (Internet connection sharing). If you have two IP addresses all you'll need to do is set up your network settings so that they recognize your ISP, then put thme on the same workgroup and share out the printer connected to one of the computers. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
