I'm taking Applied Networking in Florida International University in Miami, Fl.
I love the class, and etc...

But i have to do a Extra credit Project, and still don't understand how to do.
The problems are here:
http://www.cs.fiu.edu/~esj/cgs4283/thtest.html

Chart with Dotted decimal numbers:
http://www.cs.fiu.edu/~esj/cgs4283/binary.html

How do i find the network number the host is on and the
directed broadcast for the network and an example of any one valid
IP address on the network

Lets say 129.171.192.5/18

I'm so lost, its not funny.

Please if someone could help me explaining how i find.....

Thanks <B>

Right click on the video and choose options. You can up how many seconds of video to buffer.

Honestly the videos on that site are really good at teaching that stuff.

How about you walk us through your work/thinking for #3-a and tell us what you think the answer is, then we can verify it :D
