Networking newbie

I am trying to setup my first network. I don't have highspeed access and only have dialup. Can I use a dsl/cable wireless router to network my pc to laptop to share a dialup connection and to transfer files between the two computers?

No but you can buy a router that specifically has a rj11 connection biult in that way you dont have to use that GD' d ICS
