Networking Linux and Win2K

So I finally decided to try Linux on a separate machine. Got Caldera eDesktop and it installed flawlessly. I even got sound and printer working. That was surprising. Now I can't figure out how to print to the Linux printer from my win2k machine. Also I want to access my shared drive on my Win2k machine from the penguin box. In eDesktop, there is this thing called Webmin and it has a bunch of stuff in there. Basically a web based control panel type o thing. Anyway, I see SMB in there and I think that's what I have to use to connect to my windows netword. Any pointers or suggestions?
Thanks
