Networking Kit at Frys

I noticed that Frys has this complete networking kit (includes the cat 5e cable, tools, wallplates). Basically everything you need to wire your home.

Anyone have any experience with this kit and its quality? 500 feet is more than enough for me.

Count the parts that you actually need.

Price them at Monoprice.com whatever come cheaper is you answer.

What jack said. And likely the tools are junk. There isn't any need or reason to own a set of crimpers or RJ45 ends. But your patch cords and punch the cable into the jacks, there may even be toolless jacks these days but I'd still prefer a hard punch down.
