Network suddenly gone wrong..

I have a win2k machine with two NICs, one connected to the adsl modem with static ip address, and one connected to the hub. Now there're two computers that are hooked up to the hub also. Both of them can get the shared files and everything from each other, BUT the internet doesn't seem to be working. This happened like out of the blue, can anyone tell me what is going on? Oh BTW, there is this red flashing on the hub that says collision, that might be the problem. How would I fix it? I am using a linksys hub

Is IP forwarding turned on? It would have to be. Can you ping ips? domain names? What does traceroute say? If there are a lot of collisions on the hub, upgrade to a switch. Try to turn off all broadcast protocols. MS machines like to broadcast every minute or so and can be quite annoying.
