I have a couple of 120 gig harddrives laying around I would like to setup for network storage at home. They are both ATA drives and I would like to hook them into my Linksys router via hardwire, not wirelss.

Is there any enclosures out there I can do this with that won't cost me $250+ each?

Thanks

Bill

Other than buying NAS enclosures, your cheapest option might be to find an old, inexpensive(sometimes free if you're lucky) PC that you can shove in a closet and run NASLite, or something like it, on.

Thanks for the advice. That is what I was leaning to but wasn't for sure how wellit would work.

kater1, go get a $160 Wal-Mart barebones PC, pop those drives in, and run Linux on it.
