Is it possible to increase network file transfer rates?
- My win xpsp2 system normally downloads files between 400 to 600 KB/sec
- My win 2k system can do at best 200 kb/sec
- same isp through the same router

Try speedguide.net registry tweaks. Thats the most likely thing I can think of.
