The 10/100 network is running very slow. I used netstat live to monitor large file transfers. The max the pc's are transferring is 300kb which is nothing and it is varying. After tweaking and playing with numbers i got one end of the network to transfer 9 megabytes / sec which i would be very happy with but the other end was still transfering from 50 - 250kb. I started messing with rwin values again and i cant get either portion of the network to transfer any higher. I am running windows xp sp2 on both pc's throught a trendnet 5 port 10/100 router/switch. They are cat 5 cables and both computers are running fine.
