I am getting some user complaints at a remote office on our fiber loop about intermittent network slowness, and random outlook disconnects to the exchange server
any one got software or a good solution that can point me in the right direction?
I *think* I might know where the problem is, but need to figure out how to test it I guess, beyond running a billion pings or tracert's through the router in question.
Its also most likely not on my part of the fiber, so its not my equipment that I could log into and check logs ETC.
