So I have a Internet connection on both networks one is just inter the other is intra + inter. I have no access to the routers or switch or anything like that that is allowed :\ .

PC1 (192.168.1.1)(255.255.255.0) DNS (192.168.1.1)

PC2 (10.89.7.1)(255.255.255.128). DNS (10.100.100._)idk last oct.

I do not believe any static routes exist or RIP. What I want to do is be able to access network (10.89.7.0) on PC1. Does anyone have any solutions or test they might need me to do to see if it can be done? I do belive outside 2 lines exist within the network but I do belive there might be only one router or the switches are connected. Any Thoughts?

If that's all the information that you have, then the short answer is that you're going to need to talk to the network administrator to find out if those two networks can communicate.

As an analogy, you're basically saying that you live at 123 Main St, and you want to get to your friends house at 456 Center St, but you don't know how to get there, don't have a map, and there might be an ocean between the two of you and you can't swim and don't own a boat.
