I'm having a problem with one of the computers on my home network. I have one computer that acts as a router to share my cable connection. Then I have 3 other computers connected to that server through one switch and one router. One of the three computers only receives data at about 7KB/s. It can send data at full speed to the other computers on the network. I've determined that it is not the wiring and it is not the network card but there is some problem with that computer. Any remedies? Thanks for your help.

Why are you having a computer act as a router when you have an actual router? Cable modem > router > switch > computers. 'S the exact setup I use with my cable connection.

Sorry, I wasn't thinking when I wrote that. Where I wrote "Then I have 3 other computers connected to that server through one switch and one router." I meant to say "one switch and one hub."
