Network problem. Computers cannot see each other.

First, this started with an Azureus problem that I noticed in another thread. Now I notice that I cannot see other computers files in my network places or remote to another computer.

The computers are connected using a WRT54G and nothing else on the network has been recently changed, with the exception of adding a client for no-ip.com (on desktop, not on router).

When I try running the 'netsh int ip reset reset.txt' command it gives me:

WARNING: Could not obtain host information from machine: [OFFICE]. Some commands may not be available.
The network location cannot be reached. For information about network troubleshooting, see Windows Help.

Any ideas? Should I do a rollback? Is it time to say screw it and reinstall windows?

No, the Windows firewall just really messes with file and printer sharing- make sure those are on. My fix was to buy a better firewall router and use it and my mobo's firewall in place of any software ones. Try turning off the firewall, turn on file and printer sharing, and see if it works then.
