Network Printing With Macintosh *PROBLEM*

I need to get this printer to work with Macintosh using IP. I have the printer plugged into a switch obviously and I have a printer server (Win2K Server) that is assigned to an ip address obviously. There is actually two network printers on that server. I can print to one of the printers with the mac pointing to the server and then the server sending the queue to the printer, however I can't print to the other one. I have tried numerous drivers etc, but it will print one sheet saying:

"%!PS-Adobe-3.0 %Title: (Google) %%Creator: (Explorer: Converter PostScript Back E...."

Then it just keeps on printing blank pieces of paper. This leads me to believe that it could be a driver problem. So, I made sure that it wasn't the driver that is on the server so I printed a test page from it and that was fine. I don't know what else to try. Any help?

I think it is because you have to upgrade to OS 10.2 instead of just the stock 10. Of course this cost money 🙁. I will keep you guys posted. Thanks.
