Network Organization

Currently my medium-size office network looks like this:

(Dell 8-Port Gigabit SW #1)
1-4: Uplinks to (4) 16-port switch supporting the computers in the office
5-8 4 servers. All servers are providing services that require little bandwidth but also low latency (things like RDP and internal-web based applications). Also, much of the bandwidth is server<-->server rather than server<-->client

The current setup works fine, however it would be very useful for me to move the 4 servers to another location, where I have only 2 network drops. Is there anything inharently wrong with switching to the following orgainization?

(Dell 8-Port Gigabit SW #1)
1-4: Uplinks to (4) 16-port switch supporting the computers in the office
5-6: Trunked Uplink to Dell SW #2

(Dell 8-Port Gigabit SW #2)
1-4 The 4 servers.
5-6: Trunked Uplink to Dell SW #1

Any thoughts?

Thanks and Peace,
will
