I have a server. My server has 2 network card. One is connected directly to a streamyx billion modem.Another to a 8 port gigabit switch all in my server room.

Can i do the following?

Level Ground-pull 1 network cable to a 16 port dlink switch and connect it to the 8 port gigabit switch.

Level 1-pull 2 network cable directly and connect to the 8 port gigabit switch. This 2 network cable is connected to 2 pcs of 24 port dlink switch each. One of the 24 port switch is connected to another 8 port switch as well.

Level 2- pull 2 network cable directly and connect to the 8 port gigabit switch. This 2 network cable is connected to 2 pcs of 24 port dlink switch each. One of the 24 port switch is connected to another 8 port switch as well.

Will there be a problem?..
i have already connected 1 cable each on g,1,2nd floor..if i connect another cable on either 1st or 2nd floor,my ping will start to break.

Any solution?..TQ for helping me.

When you say "pull 2 network cable" are you referring to having two network cables connected between the same two switches? If so, you will need to be sure they support link aggregation or the whole network will go down.

Can you draw a diagram of what you're trying to do? Doesn't need to be fancy. I'm not getting a clear picture from the way you described it.
