Why would my new Blu-Ray see my NAS via WiFi but not LAN port? It connects with the Net via the LAN as it did a firmware update once I connected it, so I can assume everything is working there, correct? Sadly the WiFi is to slow to stream to the TV thus I need the LAN. My old one I assumed died as this just happened and the new one I get the same results.

TIA

is your wifi router the same device as your lan router? if not, it sounds like you are in a "double NAT" situation, which can be rectified relatively easily.
Otherwise, I do not know, and default to "reboot your network".....

Yes they are the same. Everything runs through an Asus RT-N66U router.

I checked another smart TV which I don't have a Blu-Ray connected to and it see's and plays the NAS files fine.
