I am having a few problems with a network here at my house. We have about 20 or so computers on the network. We have a 4 port router connected to our DSL modem, a 5 port workgroup switch connect to the router, and one 8 port workgroup switch and a 16 port workgroup switch connect to the 5 port. Everything was working fine until a few weeks ago. There are certain websites that cannot be accessed anymore. Examples are www.amdforums.com and webmail.tntech.edu. None of the ports are blocked by the router or anything. I am not really sure what is wrong with it, but no computer on the network can access these sites. Other sites work fine.

do an nslookup for their Ip address' and try to get to them that way instead of domain name. If so, then u have DNS issues and may want to check your dns settings in the router ( I assume you are using DHCP). If they are correct and reboot doesnt help, call your service providor. I have to have mine reset their DNS servers from time to time

I reset the router, and it didn't help anything. I also did nslookup and got the IP addresses. I tried to connect using IP addresses, and it didn't work either. DHCP is not enabled on the router. Also everyone is using static IP addresses. Should I have DHCP enabled?

set one of the computers to DHCP and see if that helps. If by some chance it does, then your DNS settings in the pc's are incorrect. If that still does not work, my guess is your providor is having DNS problems.
