You may do better by recruiting amongst your professional contacts...many experienced people won't post on an online BBS, as it may put their current position at risk. Also, they don't want calls/contacts from all sorts of people for low-end jobs.
I would suggest going to any conferences you can, and meeting/greeting....putting out the word that you're looking for just that type of high-end, experienced, and knowledgeable staffers. You Garion are the best recruiter for this, because you know the industry, and you can tell within 5 minutes of chatting w/ someone if they (a) know what they're talking about, and (b) are in the right places for someone of that level of experience.
So, call up 5 of your colleagues at other companies, and ask if they know of any folks looking for a position, or who are ready for a change of pace. Don't forget, payback is important, so remember these folks, and be ready to do them a favor later on.
