Network Game Problem?? Peer to Peer..

I have IPX, Netbios, and TCP/IP protocols installed...tcp/ip is unbinded to client for MS. I can't seem to get hearts to connect to my other computer in the local network. I can map drives easily. Any ideas? I can play other games peer to peer easy like N4S and Diablo 2
