I saw Asus A8V Delux Supporting WiFi@HOME.

My question is: what's the advantage of Wifi over common PCI wireless adaptor?

I'm pretty sure that just means it has a built-in wireless adapter - no need to buy a PCI card or external adapter.

ASUS WiFi-g (Wi-Fi@HOME) [available separately]
1. Speeds up to 54Mbps data rates nearly 5 times faster than the 802.11b
2. Compatible with all 802.11b-compliant products
3. One-touch Wizard: WiFi-g can auto-configure SSID, WEP, and search the best channel to setup your Wireless LAN with a single mouse click.
4. Access Point Mode: WiFi-g can work as the base station to be the central connection among all wireless client devices-laptop computers, PDAs, desktop computers and wireless peripherals like printers.
5. WDS function: WiFi-g supports Wireless Distribution System to connect 2 wireless AP wirelessly.
6. External omni-directional antenna

The only feature in that list that doesn't come with every other wifi card out there is number 3 because it's supporting software and has nothing to do with that card at all.

you forgot the omni directional external attena with the cable, thats the most important thing for securing a good wirelss connection

I guess that is pretty unique since it's for an onboard card, but there are other wifi products that come with them so I wouldn't consider that a deal breaker.
