Network Connection Keeps Dropping.

Here is what is happening.

I have Comcast cable, a Toshiba modem (worked fine with previous computer), a D-Link DI-524 wireless router (although I am using it as a wired router), and the onboard ehternet (MSI Neo4 Platinum). I am running BIOS version 1.3 and loaded all the drivers that came with the mobo.

For some reason, I occasionally get the little bubble message from XP saying the LAN connection is not connected.
