Network Card

So I'm helping my friend format and reinstall XP on his computer, and discover that after installing XP Pro Windows didn't install any drivers for his Ethernet Card. The network card is part of his motherboard, which is an Asus A7X8N (not sure if I got the model # right.) Unfortunately he lost his driver CD, and I don't know what kind of network card it is or where to DL the drivers from. Any way around this little dilemma? I thought that Windows would install some sort of default generic drivers at least.

You can get the drivers from Asus.com, or likely just installing the nVidia Foreware drivers, they include eithernet drivers for NForce based cards.

If you have access to another PC, go to the Asus website and look for that model motherboard and they should have all the mobo drivers available for download.
