Network card causing random reboots

My system is perfectly stable, until I enable my second network card. System just up and reboots...anyone have any suggestions.
I am running Win2k and it's a realtek NIC. I even just did a fresh windows install and still having problem. Is the card gone?

Athlon 850
abit ka7
maxtor 20 gb udma 66 7200 rmp
196 mb micron pc100
asus tnt2 utlta
300watt p/s...did it even with my 250 watts
sbl mp3 w/digital i/o board
another realtek nic
acer 6x4x32 cdrw
kenwood 52x

I am hoping it is just a setting....

For good info on Realtek NICs, see http://www.homepclan.com/realtek.htm - also, make sure the NICs are in PCI slots 2 and 3, and that you've got an updated w2k driver.
