Rodent damage.

Pro tip: Use traps NOT poison. Otherwise, the rodents will eat the poison and curl up in a nice cozy hole somewhere and die. Then you get to spend days trying to find out where that strange smell is coming from...

This, or worse they might just bring the poison somewhere where a cat or other animal may eat it.
