Network boot from laptop

I have a bootable cd that I need to use for a friend's laptop that has no cd rom or floppy drive. It's a really small Dell Latitude c400 laptop which uses an external enclosure for the cd rom and floppy drives but my friend doesn't have those.

So far I have found this that is a windows tftp server that I have sucessfully gotten the laptop to reconize the pxe server and boot to it but the cd image that I need to boot up to is 150MB and it says it's too big so it stops there. I'm lost when it comes to what files are needed to make it boot up to and how I could get a iso image to be used. Any ideas? Any help would be appriciated.

Thanks a lot
