Network between 2 houses

I have a situation where there are two houses approximately 500 feet apart (maybe 350' not exactly sure) with LOS possible. Can house A have a router after the ISP supplied router which will feed a directional antenna and then connect to another directional antenna in house B to allow for internet access and TV via slingbox in both homes?

According to your description you have a good chance to succed.

The Second Wireless Router should be configured like this.

A 500 foot cable probably wouldn't be that reliable.

A wireless point to point with good LOS and proper equipment is actually VERY reliable. And over this distance, fiber would be the only reliable cable.

Make sure you're using Wireless N for this. Range matters, even with directional antennas.

You can also use the Startech VDSL ethernet extenders which are cheaper (for me) and just as fast over the distance.
