I don't understand why there's two IP addresses, you should be using the wireless router as a WAP. To use the second router as a simple switch/wireless WAP.
Turn off DHCP on the wireless router.
Assign the address of the wireless router outside the DHCP pool of the first router, but in the same class C subnet.
Plug the cable from the first router into a LAN port on the wireless router, leave the WAN port on the wireless router open.
Configure the wireless as desired.
This should allow you to have a single range of IP addresses and connectivity between all attached computers.
If you want to isolate your computers from the other router's reach, use the WAN port on the wireless router and have all your computers on the LAN/wireless connections.
