Network Admins

1 - You don't have much choice of papers, but maybe all American degrees are like that, I dunno.

2 - Intro to Psych, Intro To Humanities, Chemistry for Changing Times... boring, irrelevent...

3 - I don't think much of these new degrees in networking and such, you should do a real computer science or electrical engineering degree, it will be much more interesting.

BTW - your title says 'network admins'... you know you don't need a degree to be an admin right? Aim higher.
 
Wow, that seems more fun than my Computer Eng. program. I most certianly enjoy networking, and I would like to pursue it myself as a career. With that in mind, I've actually been taking TELCOM classes at my Uni. as electives. They are all master level classes but they count for my degree.

Really, Atheus has some good advice. Get a CS, EE, or even Computer Engineering degree and then have the Networking compliment that . CS, EE and CoE degrees are needed this day and age, not always the case with networking degrees.

I know a bunch of my friends who are engineering students( well basically all of them) and there are a few that don't like Eng at all. They can't wait to graduate. I know one friend is a EE and she wants to go to grad school for Architecture. If that doesn't work out, she can always use her EE background to find work. You don't want to limit yourself.
 
I would check into the CS degree offered by the Purdue School of Engineering.

They'll offer it at the Lafayette, IUPUI and IPFW campuses. I was pretty impressed by the program.
