Network address problem

Came in to work this morning after a power outage with a network duplicate address conflict with one of the servers.

C:\>ping -a 192.168.0.100

Pinging NPI9EE0DC [192.168.0.100] with 32 bytes of data:

Im at a total loss on this one. Anyone ever see this before? Edit none of the machines in here have a 100 address(the one conflicting ) except the server and the 101 address belongs to a mac machine if that makes any difference.

what happens when you ping .101 ?

if you get nothing , then "npi9ee0dc" is off
if you get a response, then it looks like a name resolution issue
