Netware 6 - iPrint Question

I've been working with Netware 6 for about 8 months now and have sort of put myself through a crash course of configurations and learned of all the new technologies that Netware 6 uses. I have a few questions about iPrint, but they are specific configuration issues that I won' t bother typing out if no one here knows what I'm talking about. They have to do with the web configurations and was wondering if anyone here considers themselves an expert in the web and scripting language Novell uses to display printers on iPrint. I've checked with Novell's forums and haven't been able to find any solutions or answers so I may just end up going with paid support on this one. PM me if you're a Netware 6 monkey like me.

I'm slowly reverse-engineering my problem here and finding that I need to create some stylesheets using XML. I may need to get a book for this because I don't know much about XML calls yet... Once again, if anyone has had to do this stuff, let me know if you don't mind. Thanks.
